“Great rooms and exceptional host”
+We had a great stay at Palazzo Goyze, great location and very comfortable rooms. Arianna is exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, she allowed us an extending stay in our room after checkout. She is very warm and caring, making our stay great!

“Lovely hotel in a great location for exploring Napoli”
+The breakfast at the local patisserie was excellent, the hotel room was lovely, clean & comfortable, a nice relaxing area with coffee available. The location is excellent for exploring Napoli
−Unfortunately out of the owner's control but there was a lot of noise from mopeds revving & speeding outside late at night

“Excellent Location. Beware of parking arrangements”
+Excellent Location and friendly day staff.
−The parking arrangements is stringe, to say the least. Parking announced at 25 EUR/day on booking. Then proposed at 40 EUR/day while trying to book parking with the Hotel. Then reduced to 35 EUR/day, as a special discount, with compulsory payment 3 days before arrival and finally invoiced at 25 EUR.... Not clear at all. I had to complain in order to have a 35 EUR receipt for the parking I paid for.

“Comfortable and super central rooms”
+The location is absolutely petfect, central to everything, very safe (secure gate), elevator and no street noise! Arianna was extremely helpfull and super responsive on WhatsApp and she made great restaurant suggestions and sorted out excellent car parking for us onsite. We then could do everything on foot! The room was very comfortable, with a great bathroom and a very pretty ceiling. You get a typical Napolitan breakfast in a nice patisserie down the road; we ate lots of sweet treats!
−We only spent one night in Napels and therefore only 1 night at Palazzo Goyze.
+Keys, keys and even more keys!! It is a real shame because Arianna is amazing, she is helpful and responsive. The room was good. Noisy on the street side but this is to be expected….its Naples after all. To access your room you need 4 different keys…and a laser for the lift. Each key you need to turn different ways. Forget and you could be there a while trying to get into room. Someone had even locked the door to get into the ‘hotel’ from the inside on my last day and as I had left my keys in my room (as requested) I could not get out. Please, please, please make access more simple. It ruined my stay!!!
+Nous avons beaucoup apprécié séjourner deux fois à Palazzo Goyze. Il est idéalement situé pour découvrir à pied le centre historique; et utiliser les transports en commun à partir de la Piazza Dante pour aller plus loin. Les chambres sont très grandes et propres, rénovées dans un bel immeuble ancien et calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de Roberto et Marianna, ils étaient disponibles à tout moment pour apporter réponse à nos questions, chaque jour. Un grand merci à eux. Nous leur recommandons de trouver une solution au problème de mauvaise odeur émanant des salles de bain.

“Huge room, perfect location, breakfast spot was great”
+The room was massive. The location was a stone throw to the metro- short walk to museum. Lots of restaurants around. The free coffee/croissant at Blanco’s was great too.
−The shower drain was clogged and feet were swimming by end. But that’s the only complaint. Everything else was perfect.

+L’emplacement central dans un quartier vivant. L’accueil d’Ariana et ses bonnes adresses (toutes testées et validées !). La propreté des lieux.
−Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas servi sur place.

+Abbiamo soggiornato a Palazzo Goyze una sola notte ma devo dire che è stato versmente sopra ogni aspettativa..posizione comoda per visitare la città,colazione top, e arianna una persona veramente ospitale,disponibile e attenta ,ci ha consigliato alcuni posti per mangiare davveri ottimi..se dovessimo ritornare a napoli,torneremo sicuramente qui.
