−We booked three nights but left after the first one. When we entered the room, there was a strange black dust on the bed that looked like ashes. The room was simply not clean. We reported it at the front desk right away and asked to move to another room. The answer was that the hotel was full and that nothing could be done until the supervisor arrived the next morning. That was the only solution offered: wait until the next day. A hotel should be able to handle a basic problem like a dirty bed at night. Here, the only person available after hours is the receptionist, who has no tools or authority to solve anything. The staff were polite, but politeness does not fix a dirty room. The hotel eventually refunded the two nights we did not use. To be clear, a refund is not compensation. It is simply returning the money for nights we never stayed. There was no real compensation for the discomfort of sleeping that night in a room in that condition. Other issues: the reception area has an unpleasant smell, and the rooms are filled with old, excessive decoration that makes the space feel heavy rather than relaxing. For a slightly lower price, we moved to the Radisson Blu Béke for our remaini

+The staff are very helpful and courteous. The location was ideal. The room I got with a balcony was really good.

“Highly recommend this hotel”
+Great staff, super helpful. Recommended a couple of local restaurants which were very good. The location is terrific being just a hundred meters away from a Metro station and the Hero Square and spa and museums in the park are short walks away as well. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it and of course all that Budapest has to offer.

+Posizione. Vicino alla metropolitana, in quartiere residenziale, elegante e tranquillo. Colazione. Ottima e abbondante.
−Quasi nulla.
