“Amazing 5-star convention-styled hotel with matching customer service!”
+Very responsive housekeeping service, on multiple occasions they brought what I needed within 5 minutes of my call, impressive! We also loved the amazing views from our room on the 23rd floor facing the Rokko mountains as well as the Mosaic ferris wheel area. Portopia hotel has a Familymart on-site, very convenient when feeling peckish. The free shuttle service every 20 minutes to the Sannomiya and Shin-Kobe stations were essential for us as there's nothing much nearby, even though it is well served by public transport with the Portliner line stop that is connected to the hotel via sheltered walkway that takes you to Sannomiya station and more. But we simply just planned our trips around the hotel shuttle service.
−Not much around the hotel's neighbourhood, but that was expected.

“Molto consigliato!”
