“Beautiful property. Very nice rooms”
+The view was spectacular.
−No elevators. My cousin slept in the 2nd bedroom and complained of either chiggers or bed mites biting her. We changed sheets but still had issues.

−My husband didn't like walking up a hill to a smoking area to smoke a cigarette but I had nothing to complain about.

−De avbokase vårt boende utan vår vetskap. När vi kom dit på kvällen kl 21. Sa de bara att rummet inte fanns och att Booking hade avbokat vårt rum. Vi fick ingen hjälp och fick börja leta efter ett annat boende.

+the checkin guy was wonderful. very accomodating but the line was ridiculously long
−the waitress in the rest bar by the water was exremely rude when she found out we were not members. no-one asked us if we were, or for a member number so we had no idea we had done anything wrong. she handled it as poorly as you can imagine

“I don't think I will ever book Worldmark again!”
−I can't score the property because they cancelled our reservation and forced us to stay at a sub-par hotel
“Did not get to stay at the resort.”
−I didn't like that we were overbooked and we did not get to stay there. We were told by the staff that they notified Booking,com on the morning of our checking date that we won't be able to stay at the resort. No one notified us from Booking.com that we were overbooked.
“The stay was the best experience stay I have ever had away from home. Loved it.”
+I Loved everything about this property, I felt like I was at home very clean and comfortable.
−There was NOTING I did not like about it.

“Greatest visit ever!”
+The most lovely unit that I’ve ever stayed in!
−Really don’t like that we had to pay for Internet! I had to because I could not work the coffee machine; I needed to read the Cuisinart instructions that didn’t help. They sent over a tech that could make it work either, but he did bring another unit!
