“Loved hanging out in Woleboro”
+I didn't realize that the room I chose was not at the main facility. It was at the marina. And I'm glad we ended up there. We were right on the water. We were able to walk to downtown to eat, drink, buy groceries, and check out all the shops. We also had a wonderful view of the mountains. We enjoyed sitting on the 2nd floor balcony. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen which was filled with everything we needed to cook and enjoy the meal. We used the paddle boat to wander around the area. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the couch and relaxing.
−The pillows on the bed. I am very picky. And they all seemed to be quite old and flat. My husband didn't mind. Again, I'm very picky about pillows and they were all the same. It is nice to have some choices of thickness and hardness of pillows. But this was a minor dislike.

“Overall recommend”
+Great location
−There was an alarm chirping the whole weekend in main lobby that wasn’t addressed, and quite annoying

“Lovely location”
+Location was fab by the water. Suite was a good space and the well-equipped kitchen was useful. Lovely hot shower.
−Bed was quite uncomfortable. Quite noisy neighbours The property itself is a bit dated.

+The room was clean, and we loved the balcony overlooking the golf course. The pool was large and warm, and the front desk staff was very friendly.

“Great value, beautiful location, nice amenities”
+Nice older buildings in main area, kitchenette was wonderful, laundry on premises. Convenient location, grilling area.
−Everything was great! Kitchen has some pots but not necessarily what I needed exactly.
+Spacious rooms and kitchen included
−Facilities are older and could use an update

“Beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee”
+It was cheap compared to a lot of other properties in the area. We stayed in a one bedroomed apartment with good facilities. Staff were friendly and coffee was good. Its a short walk to a great pub and restaurant. (Morriseys Porch and Pub). Wolfeboro was a great little town which was about a 25 minute walk, and we enjoyed a cruise on lake Winnipesaukee.
−There were 2 flights of stairs to go up which was quite difficult with heavy suitcases. The apartment was dated, and old fashioned and generally felt quite unclean. I found long black hairs in the shower. Due to this we wouldn't stay again.
