+Apart from the location being fantastic, great facilities, cleanliness and very comfortable beds, the staff are amazing, they are so kind, accommodating, engaging and kind. The lady at the reception was one of a kind! Try the Windermere house grill restaurant, food is exquisite and beautiful !

−le bruit de la climatisation chauffage beaucoup trop bruyant , obligé de l’éteindre . la chambre trop proche de l’ascenseur et l’ascenseur qui émet des bips quand il s’ouvre , bruyant . manque une douchette à la douche

+Breakfast was wonderful. I loved that it was included in the room price.
−Sadly, the Spa experience at Windermere was a disappointment. The staff was not welcoming coming in or upon leaving. I booked a facial but it all fell flat and it was way too much money - 40 minutes of applying layer after layer of various Eminence products. There was facial massage between each coating but no exfoliation or aesthetic techniques, just layer after layer massaged into my face and a lot of time spent selling each of the products. I would not recommend the Spa for a facial, I can’t comment on other services because I did not try them. With tax and tip it was well over $300. I went back to my room and realized my face was slippery and oily and needed to clean up before heading out.

+Beautiful place, classy but not pretentious. Staff are super friendly. Spa was incredible. Can’t wait to book again!
