+The memory foam mattress topper was amazing! I loved the back patio with access to a bonfire area with free firewood. The in-room coffee and huge flat screen TV made my stay even better!
−The room was a bit chilly, but there was an extra blanket so I was fine.

“One of the best motel stays on my 12 day moto trip.”
+Great value for money old school motel. I arrived cold and wet and the staff were great and very helpful. Made for an enjoyable stop over.

“Nicely updated, but too noisy for me.”
+The proprietors have done lots of updates. For an older "classic" motel it is in generally very good shape! Local coffee for the in-room machine is a nice touch (note: no breakfast option or even staffed office in the morning).
−It is very close to a busy arterial 4-lane road, and my particular room didn't have a thru the wall a/c on the back side like nearly every other room. Rather it had a "hose" style machine that meant the highway-facing window was not well sealed at all. Cold drafts all night (no need for a/c!) but especially a lot of truck and motorcycle noise till past 11 and again starting 6 am.
