+Excellent modern property offering everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
−Limited plug sockets beside the bed, and although there were some behind one of the units they Were so low against the floor you couldn’t plug anything in to them.

“Simple, clean accommodation perfectly located for Warwick University campus”
+Location perfect for a Warwick University open day. We were offered a second day of free parking but had unfortunately prepaid for the second day. The common areas are spacious and quite stylish. Friendly staff at reception. I liked the focus on sustainability (bedroom bin with a divider etc). Very comfortable bed. Nice to be able to leave a window open, even on ground floor, because the windows can only be opened a bit. A good selection at breakfast. What would make it even better for me would be better-quality bread (not pre-sliced bread from a plastic bag).

+there is enough parking space with lots of ev chargers and breakfast was also good
−they removed heater and put a small electric heater in the room and i was not enough for a big room and room was cold
“All in all was good now I know where its located I would use again”

−Signpost was not easy to spot the road to the hotel is not well signposted and easy to mistake as a other access to buildings on campus

“Good place for a night.”
+Good place for a night. Not much too do in the area just a good place for a night sleep when travelling for work. Breakfast is good but nothing major all the usual things.
−The room was really hot. Even with the windows open.

+Breakfast was good and plentiful. Coffee not bad, please let people know that the urns are ground coffee! Also smoothie very powdery. Would have liked a poached egg! Beds good comfy, and the bathroom lovely! Another chair even folding in the room would have been good. Being so close to The Slate conference centre was perfect.
−Slightly musty smell in room...
