+It was quiet and comfortable.
−The driveway to get to the motel was rough.
+There is not even a road to this hotel. You drive behind a gas station on dirt to get there. When I pulled up the lady (worker) was on a FaceTime call, barefoot, outside smoking and then told me to move that I could not pull up front of the place.
−They said pets allowed and when I told her I had a cat she told me they do not allow a cats! So I never stayed, but the place was super shady looking.
“Overnight stop”
+Booked quickly.
−Ice machine broken. Hard to find - road full of potholes, located behind semi parking area. Did not have blank keys when checking in, had to wait for key. Second floor when requested first.
“Keep driving!”
+Location is conveniently close to the highway, gas station, restaurant and bar with plenty of parking.
−This place is in bad shape, masked from the outside with fresh paint. My room had a disgusting carpet and couch, "well used" dresser and tables, and obvious sealing leaking issues, bathroom and shower were ok. The receptionist was unfriendly upon arrival and complaining she was tired and not helpful at all to resolve anything. I had been on the road all day and was exhausted, desperate to get my head down, unfortunately I trusted the average rating and had pre booked this room in advance while at a gas station as my hotel / motel options were limited along this stretch of Interstate 40, this place was conveniently located and seemed to have a decent rating. The rooms were non refundable and did not think it was wise to try to drive to the next place so I took my chance to snooze for a bit (with my clothes on!) and hit the road as soon as I woke up. Never again, this place is disgusting!

“Just tell your receptionist to keep her bad communication down.”
+None, your receptionist was bad.
−Your receptionist not treat customers equally, her communication bad, it was first and last will not recommend customers into it.
−The TV had no signal, couldn't watch any television 😔 Hi
+Clean and well organised rooms.
−To reach the stuff. I rang the doorbell and called 3 times to meet a peron to get a key. When check out. Noone was there . I left the room 8.am and noone was there to give back the door key .I called 3 times. Nobody answered the phone.
+The staff is extremely attentive and very welcoming. They made my stay much better. After checkout, I forgot something very dear to me. I called back a few hours later and the front desk kept it safe for me. I'm extremely grateful for the staff here.

“Had a great stay and will stay again when I'm in the area.”
+The room was very clean and quiet.
−Somewhat confusing to get to from the highway. A sign at the road would be helpful.
