+The greenery and sounds of birds were refreshing. Food was tasty. Staff were pleasant and helpful
−The jacuzzi was difficult to operate. The fried rice and noodles were not hot enough. Needed more entertainment inside the resort

+The location and ambience are truly beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, it feels peaceful and well connected to nature. The tree house stay was quite an adventure and something unique that we were really excited about.
−Once the lights were turned off at night, there were rats running inside the tree house. This was quite disturbing and definitely not something we expected from a highly rated resort.

+I had such a wonderful time at this tropical resort. The place has everything you need, with all the amenities taken care of. The breakfast and dinner buffets were huge, mostly featuring Indian and Asian dishes. What I really appreciated was that the restaurant manager considered our request to adjust the spice levels for foreign guests. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the best part was being able to sit back and listen to the sounds of nature right from the balcony. Overall, it was a delightful experience that I’d happily recommend.

−1. My parents struggled with walking the steps. It may not be ideal for senio citizens. But your staff brought meals, made them comfortable.

+The family treehouse was large enough for a family of 4. Really good location next to a flowing river so you can hear the sound of the rushing water at night when you are sat on outside the room. The food was great - we had breakfast and dinner and the spread was good for both meals.
−We missed lunch on the first day so it would have been nice if they offered a mini packed lunch for the next day.
