+Location is great. its easy to access. self catering which is great but a breakfast option would be good too especially if going to work, you might not have time to cook or grab something from a cafe.
−It just might have been me who did not ask for it but there is no WIFI. If there password was not offered upon checking in. If it is a standard that comes with the room then I suggest putting the passwords or scan codes in the room. It did not affect me much since I had local sim cards

+A localização é excelente, mesmo na rua da entrada principal da FEIMA. O staff é muito competente, simpático e diligente. O apartamento é confortável!
−A Internet é péssima, tem de melhorar consideravelmente. É muita má mesmo O fogão do apartamento não funcionava direito, uma das duas bocas, a maior, não não aquecia.
