+The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Great location. Comfortable, well appointed room. Good breakfast.
−The room was very dark as the window was obscured by a tree. It was compact, though that’s not surprising in such an ancient building inside the walls of the palace

“Fantastic people”
+Staff members were wonderful. They went above and beyond any expectations. They were so caring and thoughtful and helped make our visit to Split memorable. Breakfast was fantastic. I wish we could have stayed longer.

“We loved Split! A two night stay at your hotel was a lovely way to start our vacation!”
+The location was terrific and the staff was most accommodating.
−The uppermost dormer room has some challenges, could be a hazard for your head! The stairs may not be suitable to seniors, but it was acceptable to us.

“Excellent apart from the stairs.”
+Lovely room, very clean and the staff were exceptional.
−We were on the top floor, 72 steps up. There is no lift. Also, there is no public area to relax and have a drink.

+Beautiful rooms that were very clean and quiet. The staff were all exceptional in their kindness and helpfulness.
−Nothing, except some street noise at night from people talking loudly. Not the hotel’s fault, but staying anywhere in the old town is exposed to this.

“Great place to stay”
+Great location. Wishing the palace walls. Staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast served every morning.
−Room was a little small considering we booked a deluxe room. Also, there is quite a lot of late night and early morning noise from the nearby square.
