“Perfect stay in Nice with the kindest staff”
+I had a wonderful stay at Villa Saint Hubert. The property is very beautiful and cozy, super close to the city centre (30 sec walk to the main tram stop). I had AC, a wonderful view and a spacious room. The absolute best part was the owner, Sophie. She was such a kind, helpful and thoughtful person. She truly made my stay In Nice unforgettable. Thank you!
−The bathroom was a bit small and crammed, but that’s to be expected for older buildings. However, this didn’t affect my stay at all and was not that big of an inconvenience. Still had a wonderful time in Nice.
“Would very gladly stay there again”
+Extremely well run hotel, less than 5 minutes to tram stop - and only 2 stops away from main station - in very pleasant safe-feeling residential area with good local restaurants. Not for you if you want bright city lights, loud noises, and super large flat screen TVs, or are unable to manage three gently stepped flights of stairs (should you have a room on the top florr).
−This suited my needs pretty much perfectly, and to find something negative to say would be wholly nit-picking, so I wont even try,

+Everything was perfect!
+Our host was very gracious, helpful and friendly. It helped make the stay very pleasant.
−Location was a bit far from the shore which I did not expect but light rail service around the corner took care of that issue.

“Perfect”
+Villa Saint Hubert is a great choice for a stay in Nice. Sophie, the owner, was incredibly attentive and welcoming. I would definitely come back and stay there on a future trip to Nice, which, by the way, is a lovely city!
