+The view is amazing, the amenities were plentiful, location is superb. This is my 4th visit.
−Pool could have been kept a little cleaner. Guests were eating in this area and often left food/trash behind. Maybe it would be better to ask guests to eat in the dining area our outside the pool area. It attracts the black birds and food from floating in the pool. Room - more outlets!!! This was one of the bigger issues for us trying to connect computers, Ipads phone chargers and hairdryers etc. Not enough outlets, none in the pool area either but understand water and electric don't mix. Also, the dinner/appetizer food menu seem a bit steep. One thing that stood out for me (after I ordered it) was the shrimp cocktail - 4 smaller shrimp for $20 was a bit high. My only recommendation would be to offer 6 larger pieces for that price.

+The breakfast was excellent. The staff at the front desk was the best to accommodate my grandchildren w their first experience in Puerto Rico. I love Villa Cofressi and I've stayed twice already and I'll be bck for sure. The sunsets are stunning. Love my people at the bar. CHEFS KISS

+Everything : staff, waitresses, bartenders, cleaning lady, maintenance guy, front desk, souvenirs shop staff, lifeguard, the ocean view and overall experience of staying there and the service was excellent. Job well done.

+All the staff was very attentive. The breakfast menu at the restaurant was quite varied. I appreciate that they have lactose-free milk!! I can't wait to return to Rincón, and stay overnight at Villa cofresí. I love ❤️ the spectacular ocean view.
