−La pulizia piuttosto trascurata. Le assistenti al check in hanno riferito che erano in procinto di cambiare la società che si occupa delle pulizie

“a great place to be for going to florence without having to deal with the big crowded city of it all”
+the villa is lovely. and it is on very nice grounds for relaxing, having a coffee, etc. it's in a great location, easy to get into florence and out again! the room was very nice, the kitchen had just a few things - that could be better. it was excellent to have a live person in reception to talk to. she was very nice, well informed and helpful. we would definitely consider staying there again.
−it wasn't very clean. but the person in reception apologized and explained that they were having some staffing issues. she explained that they have been resolved - it's a lovely place!

+Naj bolj mi je bil všeč vrt, kjer sva lahko posedala in uživala ob večerih. Ker je v hiši dvigalo je tudi primerno za invalide in dostop do hiše je urejen.
−V kuhinji je bil kavč ki se ni dal zložiti, ker je bil polomljen in je bilo moteče. In tudi malo nove barve na zidovih ne bi manjkalo.

+Bella la location e la posizione.
−Più attenzione nella pulizia della camera, nello specifico non è stata proprio rifatta. Il condizionatore non è funzionante, la camera e maleodorante di muffa. Avevo richiesto la fattura stampata, mi è stato detto di ritirarla al check out, peccato che al check out l'uffio fosse chiuso senza nessuno.

+The villa was a pleasant surprise...they took a mideval property and turned it into a beautiful and very tasteful hotel! The location was amazing! We had a parking space for free and in only 3' we could take the local transportation to visit the historic center for just 1€! The garden was the reason we felt like we were in the countryside and not in the city. The stuff was very friendly and willing to help on our every request! We recommend the villa and would definitely go back when visiting Florence
−It would be a 10 for us if the mattress and the pillows were in better condition and the kitchen didn't lack some essential things for example a sponge etc There was an explanation from the stuff about a few points we made so we were satisfied.

“Custo beneficio ok - fácil de chegar também”
+O atendimento foi bom , reservei pelos reviews e porque tinha berço disponível , mas não tem nada demais, a noite é lindo legal para sentar e tomar um vinho, principalmente porque a maioria das unidades é no terreo
−mas a cama não era confortável e as panelas da cozinha estavam bem velhas, também o sabão da cozinha estava misturado com agua bem fraco
