“Calais Weekend”
+I go to Calais several times a year for a weekend of shopping, dining and sightseeing. Hotel Victoria is now our favourite place to stay. Good price but more especially for its good location. Easy parking nearby. Easy walking distance from the beach, but also close to the city centre restaurants. Some hotels can be noisy from traffic or bars but the Hotel Victoria is very quiet. Easy to reach from the Tunnel but especially convenient for the ferries.

“Perfect for our needs”
+Stayed for one night after arriving on a late-night ferry. We wanted somewhere inexpensive, clean, reasonably comfortable, a short drive from the port and walkable to restaurants and bars. This place turned out perfectly. Check-in was quick and easy, the room itself was basic but it was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower water hot - all you really need for a pitstop before heading onwards.
