+Beautiful Mountain Views, but Several Disappointing Shortcomings Valemo Apart Hotel operates without a reception desk or any staff on site. We received an access code to enter the building, but then had to carry our luggage up a rather exhausting flight of stairs to the top floor. The shower drain was clogged, causing the bathroom floor to flood despite the enclosed shower cubicle. Interestingly, a floor squeegee had been provided in the bathroom, suggesting that this was already a known issue. On the positive side, the balcony was comfortable and offered a beautiful view of the mountains overlooking the town. The bed was only moderately comfortable, with a noticeable tendency to sag toward the middle. Breakfast was supposedly included in the room rate, although calling two slices of French toast, a small triangle of cheese, and a cup of coffee a "breakfast" is rather generous. Overall, the lovely balcony and mountain views were the highlights of our stay, but the poor shower drainage, uncomfortable access with luggage, average bed, and extremely limited breakfast left considerable room for improvement.

+Много чисто, топло и уютно място, на центъра на Девин. Широки легла и изключително удобни матраци. Стаята за трима е голяма има невероятна гледка към планината! Препоръчваме го!
−За съжаление не успяхме да опитаме от закуската, която започва от 9, защото трябваше да излизаме по-рано. Вероятно ако беше от 8 щяхме да се възползваме.

“Nice place to stay”
+The apartment was very clean and modern. Big, comfy bed and an amazing location
−Although breakfast was included in the price, it was only served between 9:00 and 10:00 AM, and I'm still not sure where it was supposed to be. Communication with the staff was difficult, also I believe no one was actually on-site. I reached out via WhatsApp and Booking.com, but they weren't very responsive and only replied regarding critical issues, so we ended up eating somewhere else. Just be aware of this issue. However, the apartment itself was pretty good, so I still recommend it.

+Всичко беше наред, чисто и уютно.
−В банята се усещаше миризма на влага, което е странно, защото и друг път сме отсядали там и не е имало миризма. В банята няма влага! Всичко е чисто, вентилатора работи.
