“Treasured memories”
+The location is absolutely stunning, rooms are beautiful and the staff are just so friendly and helpful. The heating in out room wasn’t working so we got upgraded to a suite which was just stunning. I only eat halal meat so the chef ordered a halal steak in just for me. The hot stone massage was just divine. And best of all my daughter (nearly 7) loved it, especially the nature trail.
−The swimming pool is a bit tired and had way too much chlorine in it which took a while to get the smell off even after a shower. Food is a bit too pricey for what it is and options are a bit limited for lunch/dinner. But food is lovely.

+We loved our stay at Tylney. All of the staff were perfectly attentive. The food was exceptional. We love the location and setting of the hotel. We had a great view of the water gardens from our room. Everything was star quality and couldn't have been better. Thank you for a perfect stay.

“We think we’ve found our soon to be regular Country Club retreat!”
+Our outstanding dinner, expensive but a real treat! The evening dining experience ambience superb!
−Cooked Breakfast selections great - but service was closer to a 15/20 minute wait than the stated 10 minutes. Breakfast coffee was not a great quality and went cold very quickly. Bar prices are unnecessarily high - bit of a shame!

+The grounds are fantastic and the staff were lovely. The drinks were quite pricey but lovely.
−The sad thing is everything is beautiful apart from the breakfast it was un edible and that was for both myself and my husband it was awful. I would not recommend eating at the hotel.
