−Away from everything and across the street from a construction yard. I had to move rooms because of the road noise. No coffee machine in the room.

−No coffee in the room. Breakfast was not great. Could have had yogurt and more variety of fruits. Pancakes took for ever. Bacon was not great.

“TRU hotel was an easy choice for us.”
+The hotel was clean and comfortable with the staff being very friendly. Checking in was simple.The breakfast was great-a lot of different options. Parking was easy with enough spaces. The location was easy to get to and felt very safe. Not to mention the beautiful Willamette River outside.
−The bed was a little too hard for our liking but that is just our preference.

“Very clean and friendly place to stay with easy parking and breakfast.”
+The hotel was very clean and brightly decorated. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was what we expected from a hotel. Parking was easy and well lit.
−The rooms were a bit smaller than an average hotel room. It was totally fine for a night or two, but I’d want a bit more space for my family of 4 for a longer stay.

“Great location for our trip to Eugene.”
+We loved the uniqueness of this hotel. The room was great and was the staff. Our breakfast felt like restaurant food and not hotel breakfast.

+Easy to get to with plenty of parking. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Standard hotel hot breakfast was as expected. Staff were friendly and check-in was quick.

“Clean, quiet, and comfortable!”
+Location was quiet and easily accessible for Eugene outings. Beds were comfortable and everything was easy to find. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful during our stay. The hotel was kept clean and had a comfortable/entertaining common space.
−Breakfast was alright, decent spread for the price/rating of the hotel; breakfast was closed 10 minutes before the actual closing time. Not much storage space but worked out for a small group of three people.
