“We enjoyed our stay and the facilities.”
+a ) The unit (number 11) was very comfortable. The king sized bed wonderful. b ) Thank you for looking after the shower seat which we hired for my partner. c ) We liked the proximity to the beach as we were on foot and used the bus and taxis to our destinations.
−a ) My partner has a balance disability and was affected by vertigo. We suggest some hand rails should be installed in the shower recess in a few of your units. We believe more senior tenants would be attracted to your units if this was available. b ) The shower room requires an exhaust fan to ventilate the room. c ) A dish drainer on the kitchen sink would have been appreciated.

+Beaut pool, close to shops and Trinity Beach itself, quiet, friendly helpful hosts.

“Definitely suited our needs, will consider again in the future if necessary.”
+Location was excellent as we had relatives living very close by. The poor was welcoming, clean, tranquil & peaceful.
−We had only the toilet paper on the roll & were caught short, there was 3 people in a family unit. That was really our only issue.

+The staff were very helpful, nothing was to much trouble and any requests were dealt with immediately. The room was spotless and in a good state of repair.
−Watching the TV was from sitting on the bed.

+Lovely, well-maintained apartment with all the things needed for a comfortable stay. Individual parking spaces and good layout for ease of getting in and out of the complex. A short walk to the beach and the eateries along the esplanade.
−Nothing comes to mind.
−Uncomfortable beds- Noise from next apartment permanent residence- and cylinder alarm went off at 4am- no contact with hosts
