“Be extremely cautious when booking this property.”
−I strongly recommend that future guests be vigilant about the security of their reservation information. On two separate occasions, I reported suspicious WhatsApp messages asking me to verify my booking through external links. The senders knew highly specific details of my reservation, including my stay dates, booking number, number of guests, and special requests. This was particularly concerning because such information should only be accessible to parties involved in handling the reservation. Fortunately, I contacted the property through Booking.com before clicking any links or sharing personal information. The property acknowledged that unauthorized third parties were contacting guests. To make matters worse, I subsequently discovered two charges of US$145.60 associated with my single reservation. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service and submitting all the requested documentation, I have yet to receive a satisfactory explanation or a refund to my original payment method. I have also received no apology for the overall experience. I cannot confirm whether the suspicious messages and the duplicate charges are connected, or how the senders obtained my booking details. +Person checking us in needs to get a nicer personality. She was rude when I adked how to park at hotel because if the road construction in front of the hotel. I was able, but didn't see how to drive through the construction site.

−It's just dated and a bit rundown. Parking is really tight, unless you want to park offsite.
