“Love the Trail Motel”
+Don, the manager, is absolutely wonderful. We had to leave early due to an emergency back home and Don was so kind and understanding. The rooms are clean and SO reasonable. We don't get to Kellogg often but this will always be our go to place. No complaints at all.
−There are no complaints.

“The best thing - it's cheap.”
+It is what it is. It is where it is. The bad - the WiFi didn't work. The TV didn't work. But it is close to the Couer D'Alene River and cutthroat country.
“Would stay there again.”
+Reservation was booked online and was lower price than at front desk. When asked to extend our stay, the front desk manager honored the lower rate.
−While it was a work in progress their was painting going on.
“Adequate for a night’s rest.”
+Comfortable clean bed. Water pressure and temperature were good. Fridge and microwave worked well.
−No Wi-Fi despite being advertised, the room was not finished - plaster missing from ceiling, many edges clumsily filled with caulk, missing window screens, rusting fixtures, slow drain, systemic neglect.
