+Nice older hotel, very clean, modern room, able to park right in front of our room. Would stay there again if I were staying in Taft. Only negative is the ice maker serving the complex was not working but certainly not an issue.

+You often get what you pay for. I paid very little and got very little. That was expected. The room was very small and smelled a little, but it was also clean, tidy and no insects of any kind. I was hoping for a clean cheap motel and that is exactly what it was :) I don't put 5 stars just because at 5 stars people expect things to be perfect, which it wasn't. For example, the walls are made of cardboard and you hear every single car driving by on the street behind. So bring ear plugs :)

+Nice hotel in a very small town. Seems mainly workers stay here from the oil fields. Room was clean, quiet, affordable.
