“Excellent value”
+Location great, clean, fresh towels every day, staff brilliant
“I stay away 3 nights a week and have done the last 2 years. This is by far the worst property I have been too”
+The location is ok and easy to find
−I arrived late at the property and went to get in bed to find bugs inside of the sheets. The property didn’t respond to help me out so I had to sleep on a towel. All they have offered me is £15 off of my next stay as apparently there is not enough proof. Do not stay here
“The closeness of the pubs were excellent. Finally if the items above were resolved, it would”
+The kitchenette was well equipped.
−Noisy fan in the shower room, it needs a clean or replacing with a quieter version. The bed’s mattress was far too springy, it needs replacing with a firmer mattress. Finally there need to be a towel rail in the shower room.

“Nice location and nicely decorated”
+Nicely decorated room, clean and comfortable and the location was ideal for attending a family wedding nearby.
−Steep outside stairs to the room hall and rooms was precarious especially as one of our family was disabled.

“A comfortable stay in a great location”
+The room was nicely decorated and had a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, and fresh towels provided daily. The room was also quiet, and the location was great, being close to the station. The staff were attentive and helpful whenever I had any problems, which I really appreciated. Overall, I appreciated the helpful staff, quiet room and convenient location, but the bathroom facilities could do with improvement.
−There were a few issues with the room. The bathroom sink was far too small and low down, making it difficult to wash my face or brush my teeth properly. There was also no extractor fan, so steam built up after showering. The heating wasn't working either, although the staff provided a portable heater to help.
