“Great for a short stay or stop over”
+Did the job, staff lovely . Beds ok and room not bad for the price couldn’t complain really .
−But dirty round the corners and carpets could do with a clean

+Lovely clean room comfy bed Good heating in the room Clean bathroom clean towels and waste bin emptied daily Very easy access from m55 and easy drive to Blackpool Fleetwood and Lytham Plenty of car parking spaces

“Reasonable hotel spoilt by service staff laziness.”
+Good location, easy parking. Reasonable comfort, good shower and bathroom. Small although clear TV with a good signal. Farm next door - quite a menagerie just outside the window! Requested a ground floor room, which they provided.
−Cleanliness was not good in the room, brownish deposits on outside of bathroom door, one of the drawers had a visible amount of sugar in the bottom. Cobwebs on the ceiling.... Mattress wasn't really comfortable, made worse by the mattress cover being rucked up under the sheet. Only one set of towels on arrival - had to request another set as there was 2 of us. And 2 teabags provided for a 2 day stay. The service staff changed the towels between the 2 nights but didn't do anything else.

“If you just want a bed to stay in then it’s fine, don’t expect the ritz though.”

−Not the cleanest, I cleaved up several cobwebs and quite a few spiders. No soap in the room.

−My only comments would be that the silicone in the bathroom could do with being redone but that doesn’t put me off staying again! Possibly bigger tv also
