“Beautiful room, but lack of cleanliness lets it down.”
+The room was lovely and the roll top bath was amazing!
−The standards of cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Having no staff on site means you can’t discuss this during your stay.

+Location and the fact you were right above an Italian restaurant!! Amazing bath and comfy bed
−The vent in the shower had smells from the fish and chip shop but couldn't be helped! Not an issue overall

“Very comfortable in a central location.”
+High quality furnishings and decor, with a comfortable bed. Central location. Italian Restaurant on ground floor and Fish & Chip shop next door. Close to other shops and bus connections. I will definitely stay there again.
−It was really lovely, but there were 2 things I would have liked to have been there - a small fridge and a chair (you have to sit on the bed to watch TV). It would not be suitable for people with mobility issues as access is only via a staircase.

“Self contained, comfortable rooms above an Italian restaurant.”
+This is an unstaffed facility where you use emailed codes to gain access. It all worked very well and the room was comfortable. Good WiFi. Parking was a bonus and it's just a short walk to a big Tesco store.
−A bit of a garlicky smell from the Italian restaurant next door and there was some noise from the street on the Saturday night I stayed but still slept well.

+Very well decorated, smart and modern. Very clean and easy to access. Manager very helpful and responsive in sorting a little issue.
−Some of the rooms face the road which means traffic noise because there isn’t double glazing.
