“Non si ottiene tutto ciò che si paga”

−È stato necessario discutere per avere i servi che avevano comperato: ci volevano dare una camera più piccola e Non volevano darci la colazione che avevamo pagato. Dopo ripetute discussioni abbiamo ottenuto la colazione che ci spettava, solo cibo indiano e scelta Molto limitata, non è stato possibile neppure avere una tazza di tè o una banana. Il prezzo è troppo alto per i servizi offerti.La struttura non viene più manutenzionata: pannelli che cadono in corridoio, lampadine bruciate non vengono sostituite, manca la carta igienica in bagno etc...

−Too-soft mattress, breakfast was supposed to be included in price, but no breakfasts are served here.

+La chambre était spacieuse et propre le personnel est à l’écoute
−L’aération est insuffisante,la literie juste correcte pas même un sachet de café dans la chambre et le ménage n’a pas été fait entre les deux nuits il est vrai que je ne l’ai pas expressément demandé

“Good location, fair value for money, no restaurant or tea/coffee in the room: disappointing.”
+Good location next to Jagat Palace, fair value for money. The staff were able to fix the TV channels after prompting.
−No restaurants in the hotel and no tea/coffee in the room: this is shoddy and inconvenient, diminishing the quality of the stay.

“Won’t ever reivisit this place again .”
+Was looking for some clean and smiling faces but the front desk ladies were very rude, condescending and down right nasty.
−Nothing. Language was a barrier. They didn’t speak English or Hindi. Seemed like they knew the language a bit but weren’t cooperative at all.
