−The Only thing one needs to take into account is that there is no elevator hence luggage need o be carried upstairs

+Great service, nice breakfast, big room, cleanness & cleaning were very good. Great location for our needs
−the shower missed some hangers, shower head could hold better, a mop could help preventing wet floor

“Good place to base yourself in Sofia”
+Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good location. Good shower. Very close to 2 metro lines. 7 minutes walk to metro station with direct link to the airport. I would stay here again.
−The breakfast arrangement. You have to select what you want for breakfast and the time you want it the day before. I don’t always know what I will fancy for breakfast the day before so this is not ideal. A buffet breakfast would be much better.

“A beautiful jewel-box in the centre of Sofia with the most amazing staff ever.”
+The hotel is like a jewel-box, it is very beautiful, comfortable, elegant and the atmosphere is really special. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious and diverse and the staff is amazing, very friendly, very nice, always smiling, make me feel like I am home. The location is very central, I could not find a better place to stay in Sofia. :)

“Estancia perfecta”
+El personal fue muy atento y simpático, ya que debido a diversas excursiones que teniamos muy pronto, nos sirvieron el desayuno 1 hora antes de su servicio habitual. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y eran amplias. El hotel parece una joya escondida dentro de las urbanizaciones y la ubicación es ideal para llegar a pie al centro.
