+Room was small, but clean and comfortable.
−This motel doesn't have on-site management. The online registration app was a challenge. I got several cryptic error messages. Finally we did the registration by phone.
+Locked out of my room for 15 minutes because of the key pad!!!!⁹
+The pool and location.
−Would be helpful to have a staff member there other than the maids.

+The rooms are very clean . It’s close to the Amp (concerts). Easy access. The pool is great.
−It can get noisy in the rooms near A1A but quiets down.

+Location was good for Old Town visits. The room was refreshed nicely and very Old Florida. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable. But small. Pool was clean and refreshing!
−No one on site to talk to help. Calling any of the numbers given was ridiculous and ended up with long waits on hold up to an hour!! Problem checking in one of the two rooms rented and checking out was arduous and required long long hold times as I only got texts for one room. Having a warm to hot shower would have been nice but alas we didn’t get one as the water was almost cold. The room was so light at night that I couldn’t sleep. Two flashing lights in the room and several other little lights. This wasn’t the motels fault but the road noice was ridiculous!! We will not stay there again.

+The location is absolutely phenomenal and it’s a beautiful property
−The bed was small and the smoke detector in our room was chirping the entire time we had to take it down. No maintenance staff ever came when we called.

+Convenient to the area. The room was comfortable.
−The exterior needs cleaning and some repairs. There were also spider webs hanging from the second floor ceiling walkway.

+Horrible check in experience. Room was mediocre. Stained towels and the old tile floors were slick and wet when we arrived. This hotel does not give you your room number or your checking code at 3 PM even though you’ve paid for it in advance. Horrible check-in system I waited 15 minutes on the phone because I wouldn’t answer text when I got there at 10p even after telling them I was arriving that late. They assured me that someone would be available via text to answer, but they never answered and then I had to call and was on hold for 15 minutes and then they demanded my credit card again, so I hope I’m not double billed for this bull
