“Flawless.”
+Cosy atmosphere and friendly staff who seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Nice bar with four ales on tap. Excellent food. We could have done with another three nights to try the rest of the menu. Clean, comfortable room and a very good shower. Booked a twin by mistake but that meant that we both got the bed to ourselves. :) This inn was also about 20 miles from where we wanted to be but on arriving and seeing the place that turned out to be one of my better mistakes and not a major problem as we were touring Shropshire.

+The staff could not have done more to ensure out overnight stay was worth it. So welcoming to our dog. Every detail was thought about. Food was great and the bedroom was beautiful.

“Absolutely excellent stay: well recommended”
+The staff were absolutely excellent, particularly Chloe Barber the Bar Manager and Charlotte the cat loving (Willow and Violet) waitress! The hotel was warm and welcoming; plenty of car parking spaces; the room well equipped; the evening meal delicious; the stay outstanding. Definitely recommended

+The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very nice
−The meal in the restaurant. It was so noisy and was extremely busy with large groups and there was also Live music which wasn't what I expected. I would not have booked the restaurant in hindsight. The food was fine and they wavered the service charge due to us waiting for our booked table and our delayed food but it was not a relaxing atmosphere at all.
