“Charming Dales getaway”
+It’s a hotel directly above a pub, it wasn’t difficult to get home. Staff were all very friendly.
−Could have done with some more water in the room, but otherwise no real complaints

+The room was lovely and in a central location. It was clean and some staff were excellent. Tables by the fire as you walk into the hotel are perfect… nice cosy setting lovely after a blustery walk.
−Evening dinner service was poor. Lacked attention to detail, had to order at the bar, food was bland and not warmed through properly. The lions den needs some work to create a more cozy experience felt more like a working man’s club.

+The Hotel was perfect could not fault it. Breakfast was great and we had dinner there for the 3 night.

+Fresh flowers on the tables in the restaurant and bar. Very good dinner in the restaurant and good choice for breakfast.
“A lovely place to stay but flexibility is required on their check in policy.”
+Room was spacious, clean & very comfortable.
−Check in was 15:00 & not a minute before. We were left waiting for 20 minutes wet & cold for the clock to hit 15:00.
