“It was okay, but not worth what we paid for during our stay.”
+The room was great. The AC was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is really convenient, because it’s close to the town proper so you have easy access to everything you might need. Some of the staff were really nice, especially the security guard by the entrance. He helped us a lot during our stay.
−The shower wasn’t working properly in our room. You can’t set the heater. When you turn the knob to Hot (however you set it doesn’t matter), it will go to burning hot and then cold after. You’ll have to reset it again, but it’ll cycle through those temps no matter what. It was inconvenient to use. Also there’s not much sound proofing. During our stay, the hotel had a lot of events that they hosted. We could hear all the music and the noise in our room, even the ones taking place in the function hall on the upper floors. Regarding events too, if one is hosted in the ground floor restaurant, the kitchen is closed for other guests. One of the reasons we wanted to stay in a hotel such as this was for the convenience, which included not having to worry about where we’ll get our food. Sadly tho, when we arrived, their restaurant was preparing for an event happening that night, so they weren’t able to accommodate us. Speaking of food, too: there was a slight miscommunication for our first breakfast. During the night, the reception phoned us to ask for our order for breakfast.
