“Outdated noisy rooms but in a good location”

−Large construction site next door. Bad smell in first room and directly looking towards noisy construction area. Other room was still noisy and had very dated furniture. Ripped off pieces and worn. Very sparse kitchen equipment and not even a coffee maker. You have to clean dishes yourself and bring out the trash. The dishes and glasses weren’t clean and also the cutlery.
