+A/C never worked. Sometimes neither did TV. Hot tub was not heated and too cold to enjoy.

+Property is nice at a surface level. Photographs well! Heating and cooling in rooms is awful. Rooms are very small, and walls are quite thin. Staff is very helpful and willing to go out of their way. Breakfast is a nice treat. Outdoor seating areas can be a bit scarce on busy weekends. It’s convenient for walking and close to town and restaurants. Free E-Bike rentals and beach chairs while supplies last. It’s too pricey for what you get, but it’s Nantucket, so get used to it.
+Sydney, Simone, and Alex were warm hosts to engage with and extremely helpful. We loved breakfast every morning, spacious room to feel at home, and the location was convenient. We would definitely stay again!
+We had the most amazing time at the Brant! From the second we arrived, we felt so welcomed and taken care of by Jason and his staff. Our room was so clean and comfortable, the breakfast was 10/10 and the location was amazing as well. We can't wait to come back!
