+An absolutely beautiful hotel! It smelled amazing, had so much character and felt truly unique. Also great 24/7 bar and a beautiful lounge to relax in. I think I’ve found a hotel I’ll always love coming back to.

+The suite was a great size with amazing views. The bed was extremely comfortable and my partner loved the coffee machine!

+The room was exceptional with all the facilities and more that one could expect. A lovely bathroom with a large bath and excellent supply of hot water! The bed was extremely comfortable and I was pleased to see that there was a very nice Roberts Radio available with Bluetooth which I could easily connect to my mobile phone. There was also an excellent Smeg coffee machine with ample numbers of capsules. I also arrived a bit early and was able to enjoy an excellent snack lunch and my room was made available an hour earlier than scheduled. Our organisation also had a dinner at the hotel the following day which was excellent and very well served.
−I can't think of anything in particular. Except to say that the cost of hotels in Edinburgh seems to be extremely high and £291 for one night would normally have been well beyond my normal budget. In fact originally I thought it was for two nights! I only discovered that I've made a mistake at 12 midday when I should have checked out! The Hotel staff were very accommodating and did not hassle me to vacate my room!
