“Value for money and great location.”
+The rooms are basic but very clean - excellent value for money. Breakfast was nice, the bar is well priced with great opening hours. The staff are lovely and service was always friendly.

+Safe, secure, parking perfect for a sea side resort. Bar staff of an evening were genuine and very good lads. Cheers gents 👍🏻🍻 On both Friday / Saturday (which is when we stayed) the evening entertainment was faultless, inclusive to all and great fun. Beer was bang on. Breakfast was amazing for the price and the price ! All in all loved the place 👍🏻
−Nothing. Now don’t get me wrong, for me a hotel is a safe place to sleep and get ready for the day. if your picky and expecting 5 star luxury, newly painted rooms with all the fancy trimmings maybe this place isn’t for you, for what I was after it was perfect.

“Very cosy and lovely staff”
+The main thing is the staff on duty at breakfast where really welcoming and catered to my needs of having my cooked breakfast earlier than planned. They made me feel valued and the breakfast was good value for money. Nice little room which suited me well. Will be back for sure
−Having to walk all those steps to the top, but on hindsight if I had requested they could have changed it for me.
