+Very clean, cute spot with a good view! Parking is kinda rough on a Thursday evening, but other than that we enjoyed our time here!

−It took over 2 hours to get acess instructions that we sat outside on the phone with customer service.

+The location was excellent, a short scooter ride to downtown or a pleasant walk to a bus stop. And free three hour (or all night) street parking was abundant
−The floor was dirty when I arrived. There was a broom so I could sweep all the dust and dirt into the corner. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper at my arrival. Two days before leaving I requested an additional roll. I was told there would be no additional rolls supplied and eventually offered an additional roll which would be delivered at my check out time. :( There was incredibly loud noises from directly above me between 7:00am and 7:45am. Impossible to sleep through or go back to sleep after

+I loved the location! It was in a quaint and cozy area. I felt safe at night! The room was super cute!! Host was super responsive and personable.
−Not really a didn't like, but need to work a washer/dryer combo.
