+Place was ok. Was a bit rundown but was close to town. Very peaceful.
−Free wifi kept cutting out making it hard to watch shows on TV. Ended up connecting to my phone.

−The property did not have a great street appeal, looked tired. Upon entry we were not even asked to identify ourselves. Our room windows actually majority of the building was covered in bird droppings, not a great impression made everything feel dirty. Noises levels in adjoining rooms were bad, can hear everything. We actually left a day early, which we had to notify via email as reception not staffed.

“Great location driving along the Great Ocean Road”
+I enjoyed the scenery and knowing that there were a few shops and activities close by, within walking distance.
−That i had only booked one night and so wasn't enough time to enjoy staying there.

“Great location and comfy bed”
+The location was perfect
−I didn’t see any staff at reception or any where and they left the key in the pick up box that was unlocked with my name and the room number on the outside of the envelope also had a spa bath in the room but it didn’t work 🙄

“Very clean, great place to stay for a quick work trip.”
−There was a strong smell of chemicals when I got in the room, but i guess that does prove it was nice and clean. so cant really complain, everything else was all good otherwise

+Close to shops and beaches
−No view from the room.And the room was a bit small for what I paid for.

+Location, cleanliness, comfort, staff all great.
−We could hear the baby in a nearby room crying - possibly the wall that backs on to the penthouse bedroom. Also the carpark had a low clearance with piping on the roof and our 4wd only just got in the first bay. A room refresh during our stay would have been a treat also.

−The height for the parking is only 2m but there was plenty of free street parking out the front
