“comfortable beds & wonderful staff”
+Friendly & helpful staff
−As we have found all over India cleaning standards are not western cleaning standards. It’s quite different & takes some getting used to. Restaurant is a bit unusual. Pay the extra for the King bedroom. Its worth it.

+Het bed en de kussens zijn heerlijk. Het schoonmaak personeel en die het ontbijt draaien zijn vriendelijk. Locatie is perfect.
−Wifi schommelt tussen instabiel en aanwezig. Receptie en backoffice maken er een rommeltje van qua administratie en beïnvloeden het verblijf negatief. Zij zijn niet voorbereid maar lijken de hele dag zich te vervelen, receptie is niet altijd bemand of te bereiken. Als je ze dan wat vraagt snappen ze het niet. Zo was de vooraf geboekte taxi vanaf de luchthaven vertraagd, omdat zde chauffeur de incorrecte persoonsgegevens had ontvangen. Bij de balie na aankomst geen excuus oid, of ik een bewijs van betaling had???

“Confortable”
+New hotel, super clean, very comfortable, good taste in the design. Well located in Topovan, very quiet. We could go to the Sai Ghat in 5mn walk and attended the arti at night.
−Nothing, it was a good surprise. Breakfast service was a bit slow but OK.

−אהבנו הכל. אולי רק ארוחת בוקר מערבית יותר היתה יכולה לעזור, אבל זה כבר בעיה שלנו אולי

+The staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and tidy. They helped me order a taxi. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it was fixed in a short time. The food was delicious and varied.
