+Location very close to all cafes, restaurants. Extremely clean and new stuff in the room. Room size very good.
−Bed size was extremely small. I booked Queen but it was even smaller than double.

“Very Good.”
+Very friendly Owners and staff. Very kind and helpfull. We Visited on Motorcycles just before we arrived we inconter rain. After checking in and getting dryed up the Owner came to Our door with towels to wipe down our Bikes we did not ask and thought this was just amazing hospiality. Will stay again if in Perth. Thank You

“The room was clean, small with no luggage rack. The smell in the room wouldn’t disapate even after they left the windows”
+The room was clean.
−The over powering deodorizing smell of their cleaning products or laundry detergent. Whatever they used, to someone with a sensitivity to smells it was disgusting. I complained and the fellow gave me a key to another room, and it too was equally overpowering. I’d already paid, and he made to recommendations to lower the price or offer a refund. If I could add a picture that was scratch and sniff I would. I could smell the odour on my pjs the next night.
