+Miss Teresa was amazing and she helped me a whole lot during my stay. My complete bed linens for change the room was wiped down and clean from top to bottom after I talked to the lady at the front desk they got right on it
−That my non-smoking room was on the same floor as the smoking rooms that I found ashes the first night in my room and my cover smells like ashes which made me sick so I did not enjoy my first night nor my birthday because I was sick from the smell.

“Will never stay here again.”
−No elevator at location had to carry bags to second floor. Had a senior citizen with me that fell in stair well trying to get bags to second level. Air conditioner had floor sopping wet, front desk clerk was rude. Booking offered late check out but they did not honor it.
