+The host was very pleasant. Good location for visiting the Reagan Presidential Library or a jumping off point for destinations north of LA. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Good place to take an evening stroll.
−The walls are a bit thin. Recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper. I always travel w/ them so I didn't have any problems. Bathroom could be a little more spacious.

+The location halfway between Northridge and Sherman Oaks was precisely right for us, for this trip. Rina is hospitable, friendly and accommodating! The bagels, schmear, and orange drink provided for breakfast and the snacks were an added pleasant surprise. The room and location are quiet.
−I always prefer 100% cotton sheets, but the percale were just fine.
