−Pets are allowed and those rooms should be designated to one area because my room had a urine smell

−Shower curtain was not clean. Must have been overlooked, however, I did hear front desk speaking to another customer with the same issue and telling him he wasn't the only one. I bought bathroom cleaner and cleaned the bath.

−The A/C made a humming noise and was loud. We stayed on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.
