+reception was 10/10. rooms was large and had al amenities. Very strong water pressure for shower which is a bonus. nice looking building and good scenery
−rooms was not 100% clean. curtains was very old and dirty and damaged 2/10. The staff in the restaurant is extremely loud. I cant figure out why people want everybody to hear every word of a private conversation drinks took too long. food was good 7/10.

“No longer my first choice for springbok”

−Wifi was unusable. Parking is unassigned and restaurant guest park on hotel side. Aircon units for all rooms are mounted in the passage in front of the room so you can hear all the running air-conditioning units during the night. No bacon at any one of the breakfasts even though it is listed as a full English breakfast. Filter coffee was empty more than half the time and we had to request for it to be refilled. This was a disappointment as this was a nice place to stay when working in the area.

+The bed was so comfortable, breakfast was good and staff really nice
−The bathroom/shower was very uncomfortable Shower head was too low, as me and my husband are tall. When we showered the whole bathroom was wet and even when I tried to adjust the shower to avoid water soaking the floor, it still didn't help. Please consider replacing the shower with a closed door to avoid that unpleasantness
