+早餐最早五點供應，選擇算多，味道都唔錯。所有旅行團都可以嚟酒店pick up。Room service叫嘢食24小時供應，價錢唔貴平過佢地自己餐廳價錢hahaha，味道好，份量大。
−雖然有免費機場接駁車，但要一日前通知。本身係無問題。但係酒店職員無告知我。當我離開當日，想佢哋幫我安排嘅時候，先話我知。其實應該我check in既時候就要通知我，再好一點就係我check in時候問我需唔需要在check out 幫我安排去機場接駁車。我住602室，行政雙人間- 配有一張特大號床。房好大，但好凍。得一個小暖爐，無暖氣，完全唔夠暖。

“Un alojamiento acogedor, servicial y accesible”
+Todo el personal del hotel era muy atento y cuidadoso a todas nuestras necesidades y confort. El buffet era amplio y con mucha variedad para desayunar a tu gusto. Las camas eran super grandes y calentitas. Ademas, cada hora, tiene un vehículo que te traslada al aeropuerto (sin necesidad de tener que llamar a ningún taxi). En general, ha sido un lugar cómodo.

+The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the train and bus stations. It’s only 15 minutes from Cusco Airport and a 12-minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Breakfast is served from 5 AM to 10 AM. In fact, it actually starts at 3 AM, but there are more options available from 5 AM onwards. This is perfect if you have an early morning tour, as you can still enjoy breakfast before heading out. And if you’re having a rest day, you can take your time and have breakfast until 10 AM. I think this is a very important detail when visiting Cusco, especially with all the early morning tours! The staff were extremely helpful with everything. After weeks of traveling, I finally found a hotel where the staff actually spoke good English! :)) The room service was excellent, and the food was delicious too.

+Ottimo hotel situato lungo la via principale di Cusco che conduce in Plaza de Armas. Colazione ottima con vastissima varietà di prodotti peruviani e intercontinentali. Possibilità di riempire borracce o bottiglie di acqua vuota gratuitamente.
