+Brilliant communication with the hotel who sorted us a parking space and waited there for us. Stored our bags and looked after the car when we went on the Valbone to Theth hike. Couldn’t recommend more

+Shkoder was our first stop on our Albanian adventure and we had such a pleasant experience. We were greeted by Ken who was most helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the hotel was in a great location. We really appreciated not having to worry about parking and all the brilliant restaurant recommendations! Thank you.

+- Les lits sont très confortables. Douche à l'italienne! - Le personnel est très gentil, serviable et extrêmement réactif - L'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre ville. - Très bien insonorisé.
−L'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas bien indiqué donc la première fois on a eu du mal à trouver facilement.

+Close to city center and other facilities. Kind staff redy to help.
−Third floor, narrow stairs and no elevator. Was very hard to manage the laguage
+The owner was very helpful. The place was so nice and comfortable. Kettle coffee tea fridge slippers. Great location, central but very quiet
