“Sófia have my heart”
+Todos que me atenderam foram muito simpáticos, tanto no check in tanto no checkout. O apartamento é novo e muito espaçoso, com tudo que alguém precisa para passar vários dias. Eu passei 1 dia na hospedagem, mas, sinceramente, voltaria mil vezes. Copos, pratos, taças, água, café, chá, ar condicionado (para aquecimento e resfriamento), kit de higiene, secador de cabelo... Tudo para uma estadia mais longa e confortável. Após o checkout pude guardar minhas malas e ainda tem lugar no lobby onde esperar com calma. Além de tudo isso: muito próximo ao metrô e é possível conhecer as atrações a pé

+Tek artısı sıcak su olması ve klimanın çalışması. Bunlar da zaten olması gereken şeyler.
−Açıklamalarda çay kahve makinesi var yazmasına rağmen otelde ikisi de yoktu. Odalarda dolapların üzeri toz içindeydi. İnternet odalarda çekmiyordu. Asansorün kapısı bozuktu iki kere sıkışma tehlikesi atlattık.

“Budget hotel in centre, disappointed with WiFi and cleanness”
+Positives for the hotel are the location, the hot shower and quiet street. Budget hotel so good value to stay central. Overall the room was clean except stained bedding, toilet and black molde in the shower.
−Dated interior 50 shades of brown , terrible non existing WiFi for the whole three days, stained bedding and black molde in the shower. Staff appearance( uniform and clean look) and service can be improved. WiFi was the worst I’ve ever stayed and non existent in the room so I had to check emails on the stairs between two floors, just terrible and that’s in central Sofia.
+Cheap, and very good location
−Very disappointing with such weak internet, actually no existing wi fi, so if you are need wi fi, then better book somewhere else. 4 nights there- no cleaning at all, and it was dirty already when I checked in. Small white pieces from the bed linen under the bed and under the matrac, if you lift the matracs or removed the beds a little bit, you will see what i am talking about

“Molt ben ubicat, però la neteja deixa molt a desitjar!”
+L’hotel està molt cèntric. L’habitació és àmplia, però inicialment estava preparada només per a una persona. Vam haver d’anar a recepció i van solucionar la incidència ràpidament. Tot i això, l’habitació no estava neta.
−L’habitació no estava neta. A més, la mampara de la dutxa estava trencada i, quan et dutxaves, s’inundava el bany d’aigua.
