“Comfortable, quiet, warm, well-located hotel”
+Good things: the pillows are better than most hotels, regardless of price. The comfort is very good especially since the space is not great - well done to the designers. I love the ironing room. All told, super duper.
−I made a mistake with my booking (my stupid fault!) and the receptionist who informed me about this on the day, 12 Oct 2026 when I arrived really wasn´t friendly or concerned at all. I fixed the problem though but without her help. This is the first time I´ve met an uninterested staff member at your hotel though. Normally the staff are really nice.

“Sentralt beliggende hotell i sentrum.”
+Sentralt beliggende hotell med kort gangavstand til Nationaltheatret stasjon. Rask og grei innsjekk og utsjekk. Rommene er små og egner seg greit til en overnatting.

“Great hotel in excellent location”
+Great location and value considering the price of accommodation in Oslo generally. Just a short walk from Nationaltheatret station for trains to and from the airport, and a short walk from the centre of Oslo including Karl Johans gate and the Norwegian palace. Self check-in was quick and easy, as was self check-out. The reception staff were lovely when we did need to talk to a person. Breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold choice, and they even start the cold breakfast very early for people travelling early. We booked the smallest room size as we'd be out exploring most of the day - it was perfectly fine for two, but if you have a lot of luggage it might be tight (we just had one suitcase between us).

+Albergo molto bello, moderno, un ambiente molto accogliente davvero bellissimo, camera molto piccola ma pulita, luminosa.
−Mi avrebbe piaciuto in camera una coperta doppia,visto che il letto era per due e un bollitore...... .Oltre a questo tutto perfetto, reception, personale, servizi.
