“Adequate but nothing special”
+The room and location were adequate. The proprietors were very quick to respond and accommodate our requests.
−The quality didn't meet the expectations we had based on the price level: - furniture wasn't generally in very good condition; - there was a smell of mold coming out of drawers and the wardrobe when opened; - the floor smelled bad, as if it had only been dusted but not recently washed; - we didn't have enough toilet paper (we probably should have called the proprietors, but I didn't think to do that).

+Very nice hosts, clean and spacious room. There was a place to park the car in yard.
−The neighbouring hosts were loud in the evening but that is not really in control of the property
