“Perfetto”
+La struttura è stata bravissima, puntuale e gentile nell’accoglierci
−L’unica cosa che può può essere “negativa” è che il bagno è in comune , ma è sempre pulito

“Perfect stay”
+Maurine recieved us when we arrived as was everything perfect. The location couldn't be better, we could walk everywhere and was near the bus stop that takes you to the airport. We had everything we needed and more (a Nespresso coffe machine, small fridge, flip-flops, towells...) Although being a shared flat was very private and very cosy.
−The room wasn't very big, but enaugh for two people and all our stuff.

“I don’t recommend this accomodation to business travellers”
+I stayed at this property through Booking.com and, unfortunately, my experience after the stay has been very disappointing. I need an invoice for my stay for reimbursement purposes. Despite sending numerous emails and making several phone calls to both the accommodation and Booking.com, I haven't received the invoice yet. The lack of communication and support regarding such a basic administrative request is unacceptable, I'd expect much better customer service and follow-up from both the property and the booking platform. I cannot recommend this accommodation to business travellers or anyone who may need proper documentation for their stay.
